We've been on the road this week with our son's dance competition, we left unexpectedly one day earlier than planned due to road construction, long days of driving, etc. Whew!<BR/><BR/>I actually went backwards and saw this poem posted on Jamie's blog, which she then attributed to you. So I put a little note on my comment to her stating that I thought you were "good people."<BR/><BR/>I will pray for your brother,and I am sorry to hear of whatever is the bad news. I live 12-14 hours from my sisters, and this is never a fun position to be in. <BR/><BR/>I loved the idea of the 2-sided cardboard testimony. You gave me much to think about, as always. Isn't it good to know how far the Lord has brought us on the other side? Praise Him!<BR/><BR/>Finally, I'm with one of your other commenters--you're just as cute as you can be, but I can understand wanting to pull off a few pounds. As for me, I've felt myself gaining some back after a successful South Beach adventure (I got sick of not being able to eat starch, so the success was temporary). I noticed primarily that I'm so sluggish and lethargic in moving around. So I've beefed up my exercise routine so that I at least have more energy; losing some pounds would be an added bonus. As for Halle, you be careful about whom you put on a pedestal. She is quite pretty, but she has access to resources (time, trainers, equipment, nannies, etc.)that most of us don't have. Also, even for all her beauty, she has two ex-husbands, both of whom left in adulterous situations, and a new man who's something like a pimp, from what I can see.
